In addition, BuildTopia is being designated by Epcon Communities as the recommended software for its franchises. In fact, BuildTopia is already in use in several Epcon Communities franchises.

BuildTopia is developing a tailored implementation of its flagship, all-in-one construction management/sales support solution, BTBuilder, specifically for Epcon Communities and its franchises. This tailored system incorporates best practices developed by Epcon Communities and their franchisees and BuildTopia and will enable their Builder Partners to benefit from this extensive experience. The system is expected to be available by the end of the first quarter.
